  • We cross reference all variables to help you get a better understanding of who is in your dining room or hotel.
  • After 15 years in service, we have learned all about the Michelin men. We help increase your ability to see them coming.
  • Reports are completed 2 weeks in advance giving you ample time to plan for inspectors and VIP guests.

Private Event Curation

$5,000 starting per event

You tell us your vision, we overdeliver.

  • We hold exclusive access to premium venues including private estates, high end restaurants and hotels for you to host your event. Our network gives us special pricing.
  • Access to premium private chefs, some have earned multiple Michelin stars in their career.
  • Integration of the most talented hospitality professionals in southern California including Servers, Sommeliers and back waiters. They are all managed by us and held to the standard of a 3 Michelin star restaurant.

The final quote for our services is determined after we have learned more about the vision for your event.

Estate Management fees are finalized only after a comprehensive 48-hour physical inspection of the property. This audit ensures accurate assessment of staffing needs, maintenance requirements, and ongoing service scope. Final pricing reflects the true complexity of your estate.

Hospitality Merchant serves as the sole point of contact for all vendors, contractors, and service providers. This protocol eliminates confusion, ensures consistent quality standards, and protects your privacy. All vendor communications, negotiations, and scheduling flow through our coordination team.

For restaurant clients, our Guest Research service includes proprietary protocols for identifying potential Michelin inspectors and VIP guests. This intelligence is delivered through weekly confidential documents and is never shared externally. Strategic handling of this information remains at the client's discretion.

All engagements are protected by mutual non-disclosure agreements. We do not reveal client identities, property locations, or operational details under any circumstances. Likewise, we expect reciprocal discretion regarding our methods, staff, and proprietary processes.

With over fifteen years of experience spanning both public and private service, Adam Merchant built his practice with the belief that personal touch, human outreach and going the extra mile will always be more effective than automated systems and artificial intelligence.

What began as a deep passion for hospitality and service alongside other careers, this line of work became a calling. Every engagement is guided by an obsessive attention to detail to delivering elevated experiences that exceed expectations.
